Kupers Touringcars uses personal data. Kupers Touringcars uses this data for the purpose of providing its services. For example, this information is necessary to carry out a coach ride. If you request a quote from us, we have the right to store the following data.

We need this information to book the rental of a coach under the correct name. If this information is required for booking a hotel or the like, this information will be shared with these parties. The data will only be used for the intended purpose.
In addition to general personal data, we also store the following data:
- If you have difficulty walking and are (partly) dependent on a wheelchair or rollator, we will store this so that we can ensure that your coach meets your wishes and needs.
- We store data about special dietary requirements, so that we can take this into account when you indicate that Kupers Touringcars should also provide the catering in your bus.
- Bank account numbers; in case of cancellation or refund we ask for a bank account number. This is kept in your customer file.

Kupers Touringcars processes your personal data on the basis of an agreement with the client, or on the basis of explicit permission from a private individual.
Processing and Security
Personal data is stored on customer cards that are only accessible to Kupers Touringcars and our cooperating IT company RIF-IT services. Kupers Touringcars has a processing agreement with RIF-IT services.
Our websites are secured with an SSL certificate. You can see this because https:// is at the beginning of the URL. This means that a secure layer is placed between the server and an internet browser so that the data is secured.
All data is stored on our servers in Weert. These are located in a closed room equipped with an alarm.
