Forgot or lost items in our coach?

It sometimes happens that an object is found in our coaches. We would love to return these items to their rightful owner. Have you lost or forgotten something in our coach? We are happy to help you find the item again. Report it to us immediately and we’ll keep an eye on whether your item is found!

* Attention! It is not possible to get compensation if you have forgotten or lost valuables on the bus that we have not been able to find. We are not liable for this.

What’s going on behind the scenes?

After every ride, our coaches are carefully cleaned and found items are collected. All found objects are brought together in 1 place and an overview is made of the found objects. We search through the objects that are or will be found and compare them with the information from your report. If there is a match, we will contact you.

All items are collected at our head office in Weert. It is possible to pick up the lost object here, but this is only possible by appointment. It is also possible that we send a lost object to you, the costs of which are for your account.
